Plan C (C for Chi)

Breathing in, move the energy one way, breathing out, move it the other way.

(The video definitely works in Chrome and Safari browsers, but may not work in Internet Explorer.)

Steps:

  1. Collect you chi with two belly breaths.
  2. Practice moving the energy up and down each leg.
  3. Now move the leg with the energy and breath.
  4. Move the legs with the energy, taking steps.

This can be a simple Tai Chi preparation routine; it works well during meditative walking (Kin Hin) after sitting meditation; it is interesting to do it while walking down the street.

Once you get proficient at moving the energy slowly, you can do it faster so you don't look goofy in public.
